Observing the plight of parents of Special Children for want of a single center offering physiological and psychological therapies, Soundarya Narayan co-pioneered Synergy Care, an integrated intervention center for the differently abled. Her vision born out of a noble thought of serving the under-privileged and needy families made this long-denied unified School for Special Children possible in Coimbatore.

Besides the benevolent deed, Soundarya provides Speech Therapy consulting to patients at Coimbatore's Milestone Clinic ( A center for speech therapy). She is well-known for her child development training programs to school teachers and parents. She had conducted several school screening and awareness programs in schools.

Soundarya Narayan is professionally qualified with education in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Mysore. Soundarya has published several scientific papers and addressed illustrious academic bodies such as Indian Speech and Hearing Association Conference (ISHA). She is a recipient of distinguished Manoharan Memorial Award for Cognitive Linguistic Science Research at the 42nd ISHA conference

V. Rajaselvakumar is a fully registered physiotherapist from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR medical university (2003) having vast experience in pediatric physiotherapy. His keen interest in early intervention programs was instrumental in co-founding Synergy care.

After school hours he practices at Bethesda physiotherapy clinic where he treats patients with complaints of pain and paralysis.

Raja has attended several workshops on management of cerebral palsy. He has worked as a consultant physiotherapist at many hospitals in Coimbatore city. He has been an active participant in many social welfare programs for parents of special children.
